This course will provide key insights and actionable steps to cultivate client resiliency and develop a path towards growth after trauma. Course will include facts about resilience and Posttraumatic Growth; the do’s and don’ts of resilience in clients; fostering resilience factors in clients; and developing a resilience action plan.
This course is appropriate for practicing social workers and allied professionals with some professional experience wishing to deepen existing skills in the area of trauma and resilience. The course addresses moderately complex practice concepts, and strengthens critical thinking and decision making with this complex target population
